Clémentine is a fun model to work with, and her pet snake was quite the handful. No, really, curled up she was just a bit larger than my open hand.
Photographed in my studio with a Sony A900 DSLR and studio lights.
The lens I used for this set deserves a mention. It's a Minolta AF70-210mm f4, known as the beercan, that I purchased last millennium in '86.
With an f4 maximum aperture it's a little slow for some of the stuff I do with it, but it's really sharp and gives good bokeh. It's not a proper macro lens but works well as a 0.25 macro at a minimum focusing distance of roughly one meter.
It's a great buy on the used market if you're using an Alpha-mount Sony.
Find it on Google.
